What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? ▾
For in-stock products, MOQ starts from 100 pieces. For fully custom OEM orders, MOQ is usually 500 pieces per design, depending on the product. We can be flexible for trial orders — just ask.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order? ▾
Yes. Stock samples are free (you pay the courier freight), while custom samples carry a small fee that is refundable once you place a bulk order. Sample lead time is 3-7 days.
Do you offer OEM / ODM customisation? ▾
Yes. We can customise patterns, colours, logos, woven labels, hang tags and retail packaging. Send us your design files or let our in-house team develop designs for you.
What are your payment terms? ▾
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, and PayPal / Western Union for samples or small orders.
How long is the lead time? ▾
In-stock orders ship within 3-7 days. Custom OEM production typically takes 15-35 days after deposit and artwork confirmation, depending on quantity and complexity.
Which shipping methods and trade terms do you support? ▾
We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air, and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Trade terms include FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW, with goods loaded at Ningbo or Shanghai. We can arrange door-to-door delivery.
How do you guarantee quality? ▾
We run IQC, IPQC and OQC inspections at every production stage and provide pre-shipment reports. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, etc.) and factory audits are welcome.
